Meal Planning
To achieve meaningful results, exercise must be paired with proper nutrition. It’s not enough to eat indiscriminately—you need the right type and amount of food to support your goals. While the process requires discipline, we are committed to making the journey engaging and sustainable for you.
OUR PHYSICAL EXERCISE PROGRAM
1. We start with a fun cardio work out.
2. Work on the back of the body from shoulders, upper/mid back, lower back, glutes, hamstrings and we end with calves.
3. We work the front of the body working chest, arms, abdominal, thighs and ending with lower leg exercises.
4. We stabilize our heart rate with fun low to high impact cardio bursts!
5. We cool down and stretch.
