Meet Our Coach

Justinea Allen a fitness professional. She has been in the fitness/wellness world for over 20 years as an active participant and then becoming a fitness instructor teaching various formats such as strength, yoga, zumba, boot camp and Jillian Michael's Body Shred.  She has been AFAA certified since 2013.

I've been taking Justinea's Zumba class for several months now, and it's really helped me in my fitness journey. It's hard trying to balance an exercise regimen with work and other responsibilities. The class being in zoom format on Friday morning is helpful because I work from home on Fridays, and it gives me the energy to stay alert and tackle my big workload throughout the day. I'm just starting out in a regular exercise routine and the dance moves in this class provide me with a fun and interesting way to burn calories. This class is very beneficial, and I hope it can continue long term.
