Meet Our Coach
Justinea Allen a fitness professional. She has been in the fitness/wellness world for over 20 years as an active participant and then becoming a fitness instructor teaching various formats such as strength, yoga, zumba, boot camp and Jillian Michael's Body Shred. She has been AFAA certified since 2013.
